1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Photos and Videos (which may contain human faces): When you use the App's AI features, you may upload or capture photos or videos. These are processed to generate AI-powered content. Providing a photo is optional and always initiated by you.
• Text Prompts: The text you enter to describe the content you want to generate.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including features accessed, time spent, and in-app actions.
• Device Information: Device identifiers, operating system version, and hardware model for analytics and app performance purposes.
• Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, Apple processes the transaction. We receive only confirmation of the purchase, not your payment details.
• Crash Reports: Crash logs and diagnostic information to improve App stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the AI generation features of the App and deliver the generated result back to your device
• Process your photos, videos, and prompts to generate the AI-powered output you request
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your photos or face data to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Face Data and Photos You Upload

This section specifically explains how the App handles face data.

• What face data we collect: The App does not scan your face with the camera to build a biometric profile. The only "face data" involved is the ordinary photographic image you choose to upload or capture to use an image-to-video or photo-based generation feature. That image may contain one or more human faces.
• How we collect it: Face data is collected only when you actively select or capture a photo and submit it for generation. We do not access your photo library in the background and do not collect facial images without your action.
• All uses of face data: The uploaded image (including any face it contains) is used exclusively to generate the video or image you requested. We do not create a faceprint, face embedding, biometric template, or other unique biometric identifier; we do not use facial features to identify, authenticate, recognize, or match any individual; and we do not use face data for advertising, profiling, or model training, and we do not sell it.
• Sharing of face data: To generate your content, the uploaded image is transmitted to the third-party AI generation services described in Section 4 — specifically PixVerse (video generation) and WAN / Tongyi Wanxiang by Alibaba (image generation) — and only after you grant permission in the App.
• Where face data is stored: Uploaded images are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to our processing backend and to the AI providers' servers for the duration of processing. We do not maintain a separate database of your facial images.
• How long face data is retained: Uploaded images (including any faces) are deleted from our processing servers immediately after the corresponding content is generated. We do not retain your uploaded facial images after generation completes.
• Your control: Providing a photo is entirely optional. You can use text-only generation features without uploading any face data, and you can decline the in-app permission prompt to prevent the image from being sent.

4. Third-Party AI Services and Data Sharing

The App itself does not generate content on-device. To create your video or image, the content you provide is sent to third-party AI generation services. We share this data only after you grant explicit permission in the App, and only to produce the result you requested.

• PixVerse (app-api.pixverse.ai) — used for AI video generation (text-to-video, image-to-video, restyle, and template video). Data sent: your text prompt, uploaded photo or video (which may contain a face), and chosen settings. See PixVerse.
• WAN / Tongyi Wanxiang, operated by Alibaba (create.wan.video) — used for AI image generation (text-to-photo, photo-to-photo, template-to-photo). Data sent: your text prompt, uploaded photo (which may contain a face), and chosen settings. See Alibaba WAN.

These providers process your prompt and image transiently on their servers solely to generate your content, and are required by their own published policies to protect the data they process. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

5. Other Third-Party Services

We also use the following services, which do not receive your uploaded photos for AI generation:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Usage analytics, remote configuration, and crash reporting. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Adapty: Subscription and in-app purchase management (subscription status and anonymous purchase identifiers).
• Apple App Store: In-app purchases and distribution. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and videos (including any faces) are processed and deleted from our servers immediately after the requested content is generated. Any server-side copy of the generated output needed for delivery is short-lived and removed after it is delivered to your device. Usage and analytics data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the App and meet legal obligations, and for no longer than 24 months. Third-party AI providers retain data according to their own policies (see Section 4).

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@trendlabs.online.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict our processing of your personal information
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, secure server infrastructure, and prompt deletion of uploaded images after processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including by the AI providers described in Section 4. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
